Sprout Nutrition is a dietetic practice specialising in plant-based diets, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) & women's health.

Our aim is to educate, empower and support individuals to improve their health and wellbeing through evidence-based nutrition so that you can gain confidence in living a plant-based lifestyle.

When it comes to nutrition, there is no one size fits all approach. We work with each client to develop an individualised nutrition plan in accordance with their requirements, lifestyle, budget, preferences and culture. 

We assist in providing services for a range of conditions. Whether you are looking totake control of your gut health, are looking to lose weight, manage diabetes, high cholesterol or optimise your fertility we are here to help. 

Please note - While Sprout Nutrition specialises in plant-based diets, you don't have to be plant-based to book an appointment. We welcome and accept all diets.

Melissa

Melissa D'Elia is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian based in Melbourne, Australia who specialises in vegan/ plant-based diets, IBS & women's health. She has been following a vegan lifestyle for over 9 years and is passionate about helping people to thrive on a plant-based diet.
